Adult Awards

The purpose of this page is to identify the various adult awards (also called the adult square knots) that adult leaders can wear and provide copies of the appropriate documents to that should be submitted to the local district or council to request these awards. The documents are in Adobe's PDF format and you need Adobe's reader in order to open and read these files. The Adobe Reader can be downloaded from Adobe's web site free of charge by clicking here. You can then use your printer to print a copy of the form, which can then be used in place of the original. Some of the square knots serve to acknowledge awards earned as a youth. For those who earned these recognitions as a youth, there is no special application necessary to apply for and wear these knots. Some of the other knots require an application to be made to the district, council or national offices. Those nomination forms are also included here where available.
